Shipping policy

UPS will only pickup, ship, and deliver packages Monday-Friday. They are closed on weekends and Holidays. Delivery times on express packages can be anytime during their standard time frame of 9AM-7PM. There is no guaranteed to receive a package by a specific hour in the day. Please make sure to account for this when selecting a shipping option. 

  • UPS Next Day Air:
    • Delivers Monday-Friday (unless there is a holiday, add an additional day) 
    • If selected on Friday will be delivered the next business day, on Monday 
    • Make sure to order before 2:30PM PST to ship the same day
  • UPS 2-Day Air: 
    • Delivers Monday-Friday (unless there is a holiday, add an additional day) 
    • If selected on Thursday will be delivered the next two business days on Monday
    • If selected on Friday will be delivered the next two business days on Tuesday
    • Make sure to order before 2:30PM PST to ship the same day
  • UPS 3-Day Air:
    • Delivers Monday-Friday (unless there is a holiday add an additional day) 
    • If selected on Wednesday will be delivered on Monday
    • If selected on Thursday will be delivered on Tuesday
    • If selected on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday
    • Make sure to order before 2:30PM PST to ship the same day
  • We ship packages the same day orders are received, unless after: (8AM-2:30PM, Mon-Fri) or it is past the pickup window for the selected shipping company. For Post Office to ship the same day please make sure to order before 10AM and UPS order before 2:30PM. (Pacific Time) After the pickup window times, the package will ship the following day.

If there is a shipping delay, that is not within the UPS shipping policy and the expectations mentioned above please contact us or UPS. 

For International Shipping: duties and taxes for customs fees are the customers responsibility to pay upon delivery.
