The SofTap Mentor & Instructor Training Program is designed for experienced permanent makeup artists who are ready to guide, evaluate, and train the next generation. This program teaches you how to effectively mentor apprentices, support hands-on learning, and uphold professional standards in permanent makeup education.

Graduates may apply to become official SofTap-approved mentors or instructors upon completion of training requirements.

Note: Prior PMU experience is required, minimum of 2 years for Mentors and 5 years for Instructors

  • Optional in-person training days (HQ or approved trainer)

Certification & Recognition

Completion of this program allows you to become a recognized SofTap Mentor or Instructor. Approval is based on:

  • Skill level
  • Ability to teach & evaluate
  • Professional standards
  • Completion of required training components

This program does not guarantee student or apprentice placement with you.
